The VII Annual Convention 2026 of Cator, Sircat and 2G Chemical Plastic Recycling took place on May 8, an already traditional meeting for the companies and an opportunity to bring together professionals from the different delegations in an environment dedicated to learning, collaboration and coexistence.

The event took place in the facilities of the Hotel Châteauform’ Campus La Mola and included a full program of activities aimed at professional growth and team strengthening. During the event, attendees participated in group coaching sessions given by Focus Inside, working on transversal competencies and collaborative dynamics organized by departments.

These activities helped to strengthen skills related to communication, teamwork, leadership and cooperation between areas, generating new spaces for learning and exchanging experiences among colleagues from the different companies in the group.

In addition to the training sessions, the convention once again became a key moment to strengthen ties between delegations, foster closeness between teams and welcome the new incorporations that have recently joined the companies. All this in a relaxed atmosphere, different from the usual work environment, favoring the connection between people and reinforcing the corporate culture shared by Cator, Sircat and 2G.

This type of meeting reflects our commitment to the development of the people who make up the three companies, the promotion of internal talent and the creation of teams that are increasingly cohesive and prepared to face new challenges.
