We recently attended the annual ceremony to award the Europa Scholarships, in the year of celebration of the 75th anniversary of the Fundació Ciutat de Valls . The event was chaired by the President of the Parliament, Josep Rull, and the Mayor of Valls, Dolors Farré.
The foundation is an institution that works to promote the social and cultural development of Valls and the Alt Camp region .
For more than 10 years, Cator has been a patron of the Europa Scholarships , an international program aimed at helping university students from the region to carry out part of their studies at foreign universities to contribute to their academic and personal development.
The foundation’s commitment
It was created with the aim of promoting projects that benefit the local community, protect its natural and cultural heritage, and foster economic and social progress. Through various initiatives, such as the Europa Scholarships, it seeks to connect the city and its citizens with opportunities for growth, innovation and recognition.
Europe Scholarships: An international opportunity for students
One of the foundation’s most outstanding programs is the call for the Europe Scholarships , designed to complement grants from other institutions and facilitate studies at foreign universities.
